Analog Art in a digital World

We live in a fast-paced, digital world, full of distractions and endless noise competing for our attention.

My art is an expression of decluttering, decompression, and deceleration - finding time for stillness and sensitivity in a never-ending stream of stimulation.

I am a self-taught artist. Through rediscovering my inherent creativity, I found deep healing from trauma and addiction - unearthing something that had been buried for a long time.

I experiment with different mediums - pencil, watercolor & ink, pastels, and charcoal - to express what wants to surface from within.

My works range from abstract to realism, using minimal elements to say more with less.

Heal with me.
Slow down with me.
Breathe…
